Shipping Policy
Valentina Hall currently ships to the following areas from our warehouse in Michigan:

If the item you ordered is in stock, we typically ship within 1 business day, but this may vary depending on order volume. All orders include online tracking information, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to update on the courier's website. If you do not receive an email with the shipping notification and tracking number, please check your spam folder or search "Valentina Hall" in your inbox.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates as couriers may be subject to delays. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address before checking out. Our system is automated and we are unable to make any changes once the order has been placed. Thank you.

Domestic Shipping:
If you choose Standard Shipping, your order will be shipped via UPS Mail Innovations, which means your order will first be shipped via UPS and then transferred to your local USPS for delivery when it is close to its destination. Once the order is shipped, your order should arrive within 2-14 business days.
International Shipping:
Your order will be shipped via UPS Mail. Your order should arrive within 21 business days.
International Shipping Please Note:
Depending on your shipping location and the size of your order, your order may be subject to import taxes and duties imposed by the country you are shipping to. If your country imposes import taxes and duties, these import taxes and duties are not included in the postage of your order and you will need to pay these taxes and duties to receive your package. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country, and we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.
If you are indeed charged additional fees, the carrier will require payment upon delivery. If you refuse delivery due to these charges, or your order is refused by customs due to item restrictions, or your order is returned because your local post office cannot find your address, the return shipping costs and any associated duties will be deducted from your refund once the package is returned and processed by our warehouse. Please note that packages returned by customs can sometimes take a long time to be returned, in extreme cases it can take up to a year.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any requests to change the amount of your order. In accordance with our laws, the actual amount paid will be charged on the shipping label. Please check the specific charges of your local customs before purchasing from our store. Thank you.
Brexit Update:
We are now required to charge VAT on all orders under £135. We submit the VAT collected to HMRC on a quarterly basis along with our VAT number. Orders over £135 - Buyers will be responsible for any duties, taxes, charges or fees associated with the goods.
If you order goods from an e-tailer/supplier that are specifically shipped to an EU member state, we will only provide you with services if you expressly agree to become the importer of record (“IOR”) and customs clearance will be performed in your name and on your behalf. As the IOR, you agree to be ultimately responsible for the importation of the products you order into the destination EU member state and are solely responsible for the payment of duties and taxes. These are payable at the time of sale if prepayment is selected and at the time of importation if prepayment is not selected. You hereby grant the e-tailer/supplier’s designated shipping provider a power of attorney or authorization (“POA”) to take care of customs clearance of the products you order. This POA authorizes the designated customs broker of the e-tailer/supplier’s designated shipping provider to act on your behalf. The intervention of the e-tailer/supplier’s designated shipping provider in customs formalities may be performed on your behalf by its designated customs broker. You hereby confirm that you understand the concept of an IOR and the necessity of a POA and further declare that the terms of the POA or the terms of purchase from the e-tailer/supplier and the shipping conditions of the e-tailer/supplier’s designated shipping provider are not unreasonable or unknown to you and that you have read, understood and agree to them.
