Cancellation Policy
If you have just placed an order but it has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately at Support@ValentinaHall.shop and provide the order number you wish to cancel.
If your order has already been shipped, you may be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
If you wish to cancel your pre-order, a cancellation fee of up to 20% may apply. This cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
Please note: We can only refund the payment method used to place your order, and cannot refund other cards or accounts. If the account you placed your order with is no longer valid, we can refund you in the form of in-store credit. If your original payment method is no longer valid, please let us know before you refund us. If a refund has already been issued and we are notified that the account has been closed, we will not be able to obtain that refund.
